Pension Pour Chats, Saurette Durand, Rochechouart.

The purpose built cattery is on private grounds (adjacent to our house) in the quiet french countryside, a few minutes outside the town of Rochechouart, and only 10minutes drive from Bluebellwood Kennels.

Barbara, who runs the Cattery, studied & has been awarded the french 'Certificate of Capacite'. Each cat is well looked after and checked regularly throughout the day. She takes the time to speak, carress, brush & play with them to help them settle in more easily making their stay more enjoyable. The radio is left on all day, to help your cat learn the very complicated french language. There is also heating for the colder days & nights.

As you can see by the photograph, each of the 15 units has two shelves, sleeping basket/cushion/blanket, covered litter tray, scratch pole, ramps for the elderly guests, toys, food & water bowls. The units are cleaned a minimum of twice a day, more often for our untidy guests.

At the moment we have two units with secure private outside areas enabling your Cat(s) to wander freely in and out as when they choose. There are plans in the very near future to add more outside areas connected to other units.

Closed Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday morning

Tarif;
7 euros each day (or part of) for 1 cat
12 euros each day (or part of) for 2 cats ) the same family,
18 euros each day (or part of) for 3 cats ) sharing a unit(s)
